Access multiple production factories.

New setting in Resource Manager Settings -> Storage -> Storage Location.
The alternatives are: Producing Factory & Any Factory
Producing Factory is the default one and it works as it did before. For Location in Storage, only the same Factory as it was produced in can be selected.
Any Factory shows all available factories. All of them can be chosen.
