Apply leader to bars

This is an add-on feature in the “Draw Bar” window. A leader is provided to specify the bar details. It helps in connecting the bar with a leader where an arrow will be indicating the bar and it can be moved accordingly.
Most suitable for complex views where more rebars are provided. It helps in differentiating with other rebars in the same element.
