Open drawing from floor plan/elevation on a file sync project have the possibilities for lock files.

Now when you open shop ticket from plan\elevation, you get a pop-up if you want to lock the drawings.
Whereas if the dwgs are already locked by someone else you get asked you you still want to open the drawings.
