Description to Reinforcement Groups

You can set the value and add/remove the number of the Reinforcement Group to the way that suits your company standards.
The value is set in the Standard Admin under "Reinforcement"-"Default" on the Common Settings.
The new command that adds the description of the reinforcement group is $DESC_NL
