Double Wall - Keep bars in bar mesh at windows and doors

Two new reinforcement settings called "NBR_OF_BARS_TO_KEEP_AT_DOORS_DOUBLEWALL" and “NBR_OF_BARS_TO_KEEP_AT_WINDOWS_DOUBLEWALL"
which specifies the number of bars of the bar mesh to keep (not cut) at the bottom of a door or in the side of a window.
The feature is included in IMPACT 16 only.
