Draw recess command face based for all element types

We have improved the Draw Recess command on t he floor plan, with "Side" as  "Specify On-Screen".

• Set element side to “Specify On-Screen” and side and side annotation text will be set depending on the surface you select for the recess.
• Specify side and the “UCS” will be set accordingly, use the jig option “MoveUCS” for drawing on special surfaces.
• Use the jig options “offsetX”, “offsetY” for easier placement.
• Draw multiple recesses in one command, change recess properties with the jig option “Properties”.
• Use jig option “Undo” if a recess wasn’t drawn correctly.
