Hollowcores with the cut type "Symmetrical" is now dimensioned to the element edge and not the "Full width" of the form.

This feature is meant for double T elements since cutting regular hollowcores symmetrical does not quite make sense.

Here is an example of a double t element not in full width and it only shows the actual width.
