Improvements to panel ties so it also supports wall ties

Draw panel ties have been changed so it also supports wall ties on solid walls. 

The new dialog box has the following functions:

Placement

- The distance from the bottom of the element to the bottom row of Panel/Wall ties

B - The distance from the top of the element to the top row of Panel/Wall ties

C - The CC distance of the Panel/Wall ties that is placed between the bottom and top row

- The distance from the left of the element to the left row of Panel/Wall ties

E - The distance from the right of the element to the right row of Panel/Wall ties

F - The CC distance of the Panel/Wall ties that is placed between the left and right row

Double wall ties - Adds Wall ties at the half distance

Double wall ties around openings - Adds Wall ties at the half distance around openings

Offset opening - If there are wall ties within this offset then will there be added “Extra wall ties” between the “existing” wall ties.

Bricklayers - Will be implemented at a later point

Bricklayer height - Will be implemented at a later point

Cast-in Material

CIM Group - Filters the selectable CIMs under Name

Name - The CIM that is getting inserted 

Treatment - The Treatment of the selected CIM

Dimension - Sets the dimension for the CIMs on the shop drawing 

Annotation - Sets the annotation text on the dimension line

Spacing - It's possible to set a Fixed or max distance between the Panel/Wall ties. 

Side - Sets the placement of the Panel/Wall ties

Distance from Front/Back - Sets a distance to the chosen side
