Improvements for the Bar Mesh drawing view

Changes made to the reinforcement bars in the bar mesh drawing view are automatically reflected to the corresponding bars in the reinforcement views. This makes it easier to work with multiple layers of bar meshes in the same panel.

The following commands can be used:
Bend Bars
Copy Bends & Remove Bends
Trim to Maximum Bar Projection
Extend to Minimum Bar Projection
Adjust to Minimum/Maximum Bar Projection
Copy Bar By Grid & Move Bar by Grid
Split Bars
Join Bars
Stretch Bars
Edit Bars

Note, the bar mesh drawing view must be drawn with version 17.1.014 or later for it to work.
