New attributes added to the reinforcement table

New attributes added to the reinfrorcement table:  

"CUTLENGTH_A", "CUTLENGTH_B" which show the cut length in mm.

"CUTLENGTH_A_5MM", "CUTLENGTH_B_5MM" which show the cut length rounded off to nearest 5 mm.

The attributes (if relevant) are added on the reinforcement table drawing from the IMPACT Standard folder.
