Edit length columns

Previously, it was only possible to change the length of columns through the Properties dialog, and this has always extended or shortened the column at the top. By introducing a new option, “Length”, to the “Edit Column” command it’s possible change the length of columns by specifying two points, which depending on where these two points are located, either extends or shortens the column in the top or bottom, this option works the same as changing the height of walls. There’s also an option to specify which end of the column should be extended or shortened, and then determine the extension/contraction (+/-) of the column.
