Possibility to set the file extension for the producibility log, remove stirrups from the check and skip log file if there are no errors

Two new variables for the producibility log have been added - PRODUCABILITYLOGFILENOERRORS & PRODUCABILITYLOGFILEEXTENSION.
Furthermore is it now possible to exclude the stirrups in the Production Settings.
