This applies only for filesync projects. This can be set in project properties in Project Manager (Cloud file storage). 

This applies to when "Save As" is run and "yes" is selected when asked if the shop drawing should be copied.

The program makes sure that the drawing is not locked by someone else.

Command: IMP_SAVE_AS
Select element:
New element mark <          W2>:
Copy and rename shop drawing? [Yes/No] <Yes>: Y

If it is not locked by someone else the program makes sure that it is in sync.

The new fields in the dialog have a default lock and synchronize as seen in Project manager when copying a drawing.
