Variable "DWGTEXTHCSLIFTCOREANNOTATION" added for controlling the core annotation for lift items on a hollow core

New variable "DWGTEXTHCSLIFTCOREANNOTATION" if set to "" leads to no annotation text for cores for lift items in hollow cores.
If the variable "DWGTEXTHCSLIFTCOREANNOTATION" is omitted it will be equal to the value of variable "DWGTEXTCORE".
If variable "DWGTEXTHCSLIFTANNOTATION" also is set to "" the lift item annotation is empty.
