Draw end stops

Draw end stops between points. After end stops have been drawn, you may select elements of which to cut the end stops will be cut by. If you do not want to do this, just press escape. The split end stops text will be placed at the same relative distance to the original distance between the original end stops midpoint and the text. The rotation of the text is also kept.
