The properties are found in the production settings for the form slab as seen below.

This works for both openings where the mesh is kept and cut.

A bar that clashes with a hole or a cim is moved with the intervals defined in the production setting grid value until it reaches the maximum distance specified in the production setting “Move from rectangular holes where mesh is kept”. 

How large the zone should be is set with "Offset distance rectangular hole (mm)".

When a change is made in Standard Admin, AutoCAD needs to be refreshed and the reinforcement drawn again.
