Bracing placement with respect to windows and edges

You can change the standard bracing placement behaviour with these two variables in Standard Admin. This aids in preventing bracings from appearing above windows.

BRACEEDGEDISTANCE -  How far from edge a brace is placed
BRACECOLUMNWIDTH - If a bracing is inside a wall column (distance between two edges), place it at the centre of the column.
