Improved Draw and Edit recess command

The Draw and Edit recess command has been improved and it is now possible to control the height, width, diameter and depth thorough the Draw and Edit recess command for the new recess that needs to be drawn or for the existing recess that are already drawn in project. 

It is also possible to create new standard recesses by specifying the width, height, diameter and depth in Draw or Edit recess command. 

When a new standard recess is created in a project, it will automatically be added to the recess list. If the recess needs to be reused it is not necessary to specify again the parameters value - user can select already created recess from the recess list. The newly created recess is project specific recesses.
