Create Bar mesh via applying Reinforcement template

It is now possible to create an Reinforcement template with Bar mesh. We added three new options in the Type falling menu in Reinforcement template definition: Double bar mesh, double rebar ; Single bar mesh, double rebar and Single bar mesh, single rebar. 

The new feature is available for the following wall types: Solid, Sandwich and Insulated.
