Reinforcement Template
Reinforcement template can be created for Wall, Insulated Wall, Sandwich Wall, Slab and Prestressed Slab. The functionality can be found under Reinforcement section in IMPACT tab.

Slab & Prestressed Slab
To create a Slab or Prestressed Slab RC template, you need:
1. Select the type of the element "Slab or Prestressed Slab";
2. Click "New" to create a new RC template;
3. Specify "Name" and "Description" of your template.

Next, apply specific settings you want for RC template.
General
In the General tab, you can select the type of your reinforcement layout and placement. According to your selection, horizontal rebar selection will unlock or adjust accordingly.
- Type
- Double mesh, double rebar;
- Placing
In the Placing section, you can select how horizontal mesh will be placed and vertical section preview will adjust accordingly.
Horizontal mesh:
- Facing Bottom (Both);
- Facing Inwards;
- Facing Outwards;
- Facing Top (Both).
Horizontal rebar:
- Facing Inwards;
- Facing Outwards.

M2 - Top face to top of rebar.
M3 - Bottom face to center of mesh.Bottom face to Bottom of rebar
M4 - Bottom face to Bottom of rebar.
Round
Round straight bar length: Put a value in mm.
If the value is 10 and the length of a straight bar is 4572 mm, IMPACT will round the length to 4570 mm.

- Cover
If there is a Reinforcement boundary in the endcap, the Reinforcement boundary and the Cover values from RC template are taken into consideration, when applying Reinforcement in the element.
If there is no Reinforcement boundary, defined in the endcap, then the geometry boundary is used and Cover values from RC template are taken into consideration when applying Reinforcement in the element.
- Cut: The cut value will shorten the rebar on both sides.
- Plac. : Placing - The distance from the nearest parallel edge of the slab to the rebar.

Edge reinforcement
In the edge reinforcement tab, the user can specify the quality of the rebar, front, back, left, right rebar dimensions and their quantities.
