Placement of Strandpattern text

In the past, the placement of the strandpattern text of the Hollow cores was always on the right side by default. 

In order to efficiently use the space on the Shop Drawings, we have enabled the placement options in Shop Drawing settings so that the user can decide where the strandpattern text should be positioned. This is can be controlled via the Hollow Core Strand Label dimension lines.
