Specific Dimension Types

In one element, identical Cast-in Materials could be dimensioned in different ways. When using "Draw Cast-in Material" and "Edit Cast-in Material" one can set which dimension type each instance should have.
Available dimension types:
- Center
- Extents
- Extents X
- Extents Y
- Extents X Center Y
- Center X Extents Y
- Only in X-Direction
- Only in Y-Direction
- None

Preparation
Before this functionality will work to its full extends, the user need to modify the families according to the steps below.
- Open the family from the Windows File Explorer. It's very important that the correct family is edited.
- Find the reference planes that should be used for the extents dimension and set it to either front, back, left, right, top, or bottom.
Figure 1: The left reference plane is set to "Left" so that the Cast-in Material will be dimensioned properly. - When all reference planes are set, resave the family into the correct location.
