Model View Renderer Type added

Renderer Type for the model view. This allows the users to choose if they want the "Native" or "OpenGL" renderer type.

There are benefits and downsides to both renderer types. 

Native

The benefits are that this is the renderer type we have used for a long time and is therefore a "proven to work" renderer type.

The downside is that it's a bit slower renderer type and this has been shown to cause issues when working in the model.

OpenGL

The benefit of this renderer type is that is faster to work with in the model view. 

The downside is that this is a newer renderer type and is therefore not as tested as the Native when it comes to the use in IMPACT.

Furthermore, does it have these limitations from Eyeshot:

  • Drag & Drop
  • Dock & Undock
  • Context Menu
  • Custom Mouse Cursers

The default renderer type is "Native".
