New: Sync and lock drawings automatically when drawings are created

An option is now added to Lock the drawing in 'New drawing' window.
Added for New drawing template window as well.
By default, it will be 'Checked' for cloud projects. And the drawings will be automatically locked.
Apart from this, in 'Batch Generate', after the process is complete, we are now automatically Synchronizing and Locking the file.
