The Select and Select Box commands should be the default options for the Insulation Planning module, and preselected insulation pieces should be used for the commands that follow

If no command is selected in the Insulation Planning module, we assume that the user wants the "select" and "select box" commands to be on by default.

So that if the user clicks on an insulation piece, it will be selected.

But if the user doesn't click directly on an insulation piece, then we assume that they want to start "select box" instead.

This also means that elements that are preselected with either "Select" or "Select Box" when another command is started should automatically be the input for that function. For instance, when I have element(s) selected and click on "Move" then we assume that those elements shall be moved.
