OBJ Representation setting moved to the modules

The setting that controls the OBJ type level has been relocated from the Settings tab in Resource Manager to the individual modules that utilize this configuration.

This change provides greater flexibility, allowing users to manage the settings per module. As a result, the configuration can differ between modules based on specific requirements.

Previously, the setting was located in Resource Manager (see image below).

It is now available in the following modules:

Cast Planning

Stack Planning

Transport Planning
