The open projection dialog is accessed from the backstage. The dialogue largely consists of a list of available projects, based on company and standard. Company and standard are selectable in the lower left of the dialogue. The options available there depend on the user's rights.

Sort or filter with table headers

At the top of the list are table headers that can be used to sort or filter them projects so that you can find the ones you are looking for. Available date columns are:

• Project
• Title
• Description
• Date
• Owner
• Type
• Status

Search for a project

More easy-to-use is the search function at the top. You can write any keywords. Project Manager filters out all projects whose data in the table matches the keyword.

Additional options (Copy, Delete, Open folder)

By right-clicking in the table you will get further choices. There you can open the dialog to create a new project. You can copy, delete or open the selected project's project folder.
