A color table got predefined settings that specify color, lineweight, linetype, screening, and so on for each layer so that objects on a specific layer will be plotted correctly. There are standard plot tables that is installed with IMPACT. These are: to be used when plotting in scale IMPACT.ctb and IMPACT_100.ctb. When plotting in half scale or similar use IMPACT_halv.ctb or IMPACT_70.ctb. You can also use your own created plot style tables. Then you just type the name of the table in the dialog like anytable.ctb.

How the files will be merged depends on which of the three alternatives the user chooses:
