Cast Calendar
Introduction
The Cast Calendar report contains information about the element, project, total dimensions, extensions, element count, total volume, total mass, etc.
Report Setup
General report setup. All the fields have to be filled if you need a sum row at the end of the page.
Page max X and Page max Y are page size guidelines. Page Max X is not a hard stop.
The X-axis is the columns A, B, C etc. The Y-axis is the rows 1, 2, 3 etc.
Continuous Header Row defines in which row the header and footer start, and in this case, it starts from row 6.
Continuous Start Row (in this case from row 7) is where the main information starts and Continuous End Row (in this case until row 40) is where the main information ends.
If the last field is filled a summary for each page will be created at the end of the page.
Header setup:
Here is how the header is set up for this report.
As you can see we have different X and Y values for each field. This is done so the program knows where to put the specific information into the report.
As mention above, the continuous header starts at row 6 to row 6 in the Y direction.

The Continuous setup is where you set up all the information, in this case, about the Cast Calendar.
As you can see, here you define only one row because this row will be the basis for this report, from row 7 to 40 as shown further up.

Settings
We have some properties for this report type, they can be found in report tool application under settings > company >properties.
Under these properties, we have 2 settings
- Cast Calender Report Chunks
- Project colors
Cast calender report chunks
This setting determines how many chunks will be printed horizontally in the report, one chunk is one casting bed with all the information that belongs to it (all of the fields above marked with X are per casting bed.)
Project Color
If you are using project colors, you can get the report to add the project color to the field where the project name is.
Print report
From the Cast planning in Resource Manager & Project Manager.
This report can be printed as shown below.
