Issues
Issues are where disorders and rejections are collected in the resource manager. A disorder should be used when something happens to an element that calls for an action before the element can be said to be completed. An example of a disorder could be a small defect A rejection should be used when an element is deemed as possible to repair. If an element is to be scrapped, a rejection should be used. In figure 1, the issues tab is shown. The two subtabs, rejections and disorders are basically identical in layout.

Filter options are:
- Assigned To
- Status
- Factory
- Project
- Created Date From
- Created Date To
- Solution
- Description
- Division
- Element Mark
- Issue No
- Created Date To
- Origin
Example
In this example, we will reject and element and replan the element so that a new element is put on a cast. The origin of this rejection will be the cast table, the rejection will be made from the cast planning module, see figure 2.

By right-clicking the element that is to be rejected and selecting "Reject Element...", the reject element dialogue appears, see figure 3.

The dialogue in figure 3 contains the following fields:
- Name
- Assigned to
- Deadline
- Reason
- Description
- Solution
- Issue Time
- Issue Cost
- Status
- Replan
- Cast Date
- Cast Unit
- Shift
To manage this rejection, enter the issues - rejections tab of the Resource Manager. From this tab, a rejection report may be printed.
