EXPORT_DDB2_SPENNCON

Adds extra information to the DDB2-export from the Project Manager if added:
A phase node is added under the ElementInstance node.
Mass for reinforcement is added under node <MaterialInstance> and if the variable is not there then the diameter is added instead.
Mesh type for bent mesh is added.
