VPORTMARGIN

Determines the distance to the margin for viewports. Note: This does not affect views 4,5,6 & 7.
A larger value makes the margin larger and a smaller number, down to 0, makes the margin smaller.
Note: Don't set the value to 0 as it may cut out some of the measurements.
To be the change even more noticeable, combine with the variable DWGVPORTSCALETOFITROUNDOFF
To change the views 4,5,6 & 7, check RCVIEWVPORTMARGIN
