Controls the size of reinforcement stirrups in sections when faced away.
When the variable is not present the default value will be 3*drawing scale, in this case 3*30=90 mm.
The custom value is here chosen to 1.5 which will be 1.5*drawing scale, 1.5*30=45 mm.
When the value is set to 0, the away symbol will be shown in real size, depending on the stirrup dimension. In this case, it will have the dimension 10 mm.
