Controls the default reinforcement text type for the reinforcement proposal. This variable dictates what designation style the variable WALL_RC_PROPOSAL_OPENING_DIAGONAL_TEXT_STYLE will have if it is omitted.
The setting "Group reinforcement proposal text" needs to be set to "No" in order for this variable to work.
