Rotate dimension text for short distance dimensions

There have been added a new project propertie called "Rotate text to fit inside extension lines" - This project setting will rotate the dimension text for short distance dimensions. 

There are 3 settings:

No - The text will be placed as it normally does.

Rotate 45 degrees - The text will be rotated 45 degrees.

Rotate 90 degrees - The text will be rotated 90 degrees.

Here is an example on the three different settings:
