User Admin is a tool to administrate IMPACT users, permissions, groups and divisions.
Introduction
The User Admin application allows users to manage their IMPACT users. Here, users can be assigned rules, roles, groups and divisions. It's all about what a user has access to.

Permissions
| Permission name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Design Data | Read or Write | Allows the user to change design data. This permission is needed by designers. |
| Design Data Linked | Read or Write | Same as above but specific to linked elements as these work slightly different than normal elements. |
| Project Settings and Components | Read or Write | Allows the user to modify project settings and components except own project (such as symbols, CIMs, templates etc.) |
| Project Properties | Read or Write | Allows the user to change project properties and security (such as adding other users to that project) |
| Common and Local Settings and Components | Read or Write | Allows the user to make changes to design settings and components. |
| Rough Planning | None, Read or Write | Level of access regarding planning data, such as status. |
| Erection Planning | None, Read or Write | Level of access regarding erection data/sequence |
| Company Settings | None, Read or Write | Level of access regarding production company settings. |
| Transport Planning | None, Read or Write | Allows the user to plan, cancel or modify transport data. Needs to be set to Write to change Transport Properties in IMPACT GO. |
| Transport Settings | None, Read or Write | Allows the user to change and edit transport settings. |
| Cast Planning | None, Read or Write | Allows the user to plan, cancel or modify cast data. |

| Cost Estimation | None, Read or Write | Allows the user to interact with cost data. |

| Import and Export Design Data | Yes or No | Allows the user to import or export project data (project, element marks, drawings and components) |
| Access all Projects | Yes or No | Allows the user to access all projects. |
| Run IMPACT AutoCAD | Yes or No | Allows the user to run IMPACT for AutoCAD (designers needs this permission set to yes) |
| Access all Divisions | Yes or No | Allows the user to access all divisions. |
| Run User Admin | Yes or No | Allows the user to start the User Admin tool. |
