IMPACT for AutoCAD and IMPACT for BricsCAD are the collective names for IMPACTs CAD modules. The AutoCAD- and BricsCAD modules enable engineers to bring IMPACTs BIM technology inside AutoCAD or BricsCAD. Elements can be modeled from scratch or generated from the database. Shop drawings can be automatically generated for all element types and include dimensioning, tables of reinforcement and cast-in materials, automatic layouts and views, revisions and much more. IMPACT for AutoCAD or BricsCAD is a mature and industrially accepted software used all over the world with its roots in Europe Scandinavia.

IMPACT for AutoCAD & BricsCAD (IFAB) Essentials is a learning source with a collection of tutorials and short information documents covering the essential parts of IFAB. Element types

The modules are separated into element types or context. It is possible to only subscribe to the modules you need.



Components are definitions of entities and enable you to create definitions of cast-in materials, joints, endcaps etc. Components used extensively throughout the IMPACT Design tools. Read more about components here


Cranes can be inserted and managed on plan drawings. It is possible to configure the load capacity of the crane for different distances. The capacity can be illustrated both in the drawing and in the Project Managers model view. Read more about cranes here.
