The reinforcement template for walls now includes corner reinforcement

A new feature to reinforcement templates for walls is corner reinforcement.

Corner reinforcement has its own tab where you can set the shape code ( compatible shape codes are B and 11), quality, bending radius, and measurement A and B.

If the project property "Use barmark definitions" is set to "Yes" then a search is being made for a matching barmark in the project, local and common level. 

If a match is found the corner reinforcement will use the matching barmark and the barmark is copied into the project level if the matching barmark is found on local or common level.

If no match is found a new barmark is created for the corner reinforcement, the naming rules follow that of the reinforcement default setting "BARMARK_STIRRUP".
