Schedule with MEP key information

In IMPACT for Revit, it is now possible to create a schedule and list the MEP key information. We added some new shared parameters to the shared parameters list that can be used to generate a Shop drawing with the MEP key information.

The new parameters are: IMPACT MEP Name, IMPACT MEP Dimension Text, IMPACT MEP Description.

These parameters are not present in the old or existing projects so they need to be added both in model and in Shop drawing settings with the new functionality called "Bind parameters".

For new projects, these parameters will be present and there is no need to run the command "Bind parameters".

Example

In the example below, there is a sandwich wall with three MEP keys inserted, with different information in each MEP key definition. We will then generate a Shop drawing with MEP key schedule listing the MEP key information.

Start creating the MEP key schedule in Shop drawing template by adding the fields IMPACT MEP Name, IMPACT MEP Dimension Text and IMPACT MEP Description. Once the fields are added, open the Shop drawing template settings and press "Apply" button to apply the new settings.

We can now generate a Shop drawing for the Sandwich wall and have the MEP key information listed in schedule.
