Add information about if the project is cloud file storage in open project.

We are always trying to make the working environment better and more sufficient for the users.

This feature is part of that change.

For you that have cloud solution you can now quickly see if the project is a cloud project or not in the open option in PM

We have added a cloud file column in the grid, here you can see if the project is cloud-based or not before you open it.
