Apply "change date" when selecting the row of an element in id grid.

When right-clicking on a cell under one of the specific dates, then the "change" alternative is grayed out as it is that cell that is being selected. 

If the entire row is selected then both the "Change" and "Using" alternatives are active and can be changed. 

The first picture shows when one cell is selected and the second one shows when the entire row is selected.
