A "Crane Load Check" on any specific crane checks all the elements inside that crane range and these get checked (Assigned or Not Assigned), and all other elements which are outside the crane range will be shown in red color.

A "Crane Load Check" on multiple cranes behaves in the same way. Elements inside all the selected cranes' range get checked, and all other elements outside the selected cranes will be shown in red color.
