Add a new setting for excluding recess with a given countersinking in reports. Can be used for removing recess for countersinking of plates.

In Report Tool we have added a new function that removes recesses with countersinking. The four reports that are affected by this implementation are: Hole Specification, Project Follow- Up, Detailed Hole Specification Summary and Detailed Hole. If we want to remove one recess then we just enter a value into the "Remove recess with countersinking" filed but if we want to remove more recesses then we need to separate the values with a semicolon ( ; ) .

In properties as the picture below shows is where this function needs to be adjusted.
