Introduction

The inventory stock items report contains information about the factory, element mark, element type, element count, volume, net area etc. 

Report Setup

General report setup. All the fields have to be filled if you need a sum row at the end of the page.

Page max X and Page max Y defined the maximum size of the report page.
The X-axis is the columns A, B, C etc. The Y-axis is the rows 1, 2, 3 etc.

Continuous Header Row defines in which row the header and footer start, in this case, it starts from row 10.

Continuous Start Row (in this case from row 11) is where the main information starts and Continuous End Row (in this case until row 40) is where the main information ends.
If the last field is filled a summary for each page will be created at the end of the page.

Header setup: 

Here is how the header is set up for this report.

As you can see we have different X and Y values for each field. This is done so the program knows where to put the specific information into the report.

As mentioned above, the header starts at row 0 to row 9 in the Y direction.

Here are the fields that can be added to the Header and Footer:

Selection setup:
The standard setup for the selections.

Continuous setup:

The Continuous setup is where you set up all the information, in this case, about the Inventory stock items.

As you can see, here you define only one row because this row will be the basis for this report, from rows 11 to 40 as shown further up.

Print report

From Resource Manager
This report can be printed from the Resource Manager, storage tab.

Select the arrow next to print and select stock item report.
