Planning Data
Introduction
The report is not the standard report as many of the other reports we have. Planning data is a difference report. This means that the first time it is run, it returns all the data, the following times it just returns the differences. The report is automatically saved, in the folder given in the report setup.
Report Setup
General report setup. All the fields have to be filled as it prints a sum row at the end of each page.
Page max X and Page max Y defined the maximum size of the report page.
The x-axis is the columns A, B, C, and etc. and the Y-axis is the rows 1, 2, 3, and etc.
Continuous Header is defined in which row the header and footer start, and in this case, it starts from row 0.
Continuous start row(in this case it is row 12) is where the main info starts and ends in the Continuous end row.
There is no summary in this report.
As you can see, almost all values are 0 and that is because this is not a traditional report to print but more of extraction of data from the database.
Header setup:
Here is how the header is set up for this report.
As you can see we have those x and y values for each field, so the program knows where to put the specific information into the report.
As mention above the Continuous header starts at row 0 to row 9 in the Y direction.
Here are the fields that can be added to the Header and footer:

Print report
From Report Tool
When printing this report you need to save a selection first based on the data you want to get in the report.
In this case, all parameters are set to <All>
When clicking on "Print" you will be prompt with the option to create the path for the report. Select yes and the report will be created and stored under the project folder.
If you add elements or change anything in the project and print the report again, the report will make a new file and store the difference in the new file, so that you can see what has been changed in the project.
Example
Here is an example of the report.
