Storage

When an element has been produced, it becomes visible in the RM storage tab. Here, the user may set a specific storage location.

How-to

1. Open Resource Manager
2. Select the Storage tab
3. Use the filter to display the elements that you wish to edit
4. Mark the elements that you wish to set location for and set the desired location, see figure 1 and 2

Search Conditions

The elements presented in the storage tab are retrieved from the system according the current filter values as well as the value set in the RM/Settings/Storage, see the figure below (Figure 3, RM - Setting/Storage). There are 2 different options:

• Produced but not delivered

In this case we retrieve produced elements with transport status not Delivered and delivery date less than or equal to the given storage date in the filter.

• Produced but not on waybill

In this case we retrieve produced elements with status not On WayBill/Delivered and load date less than or equal to given storage date in the filter.

Storage Location

This setting allows us to choose if produced elements can be stored in different factory than producing one.
