An IMPACT standard consists of settings, components, and reports. You can export settings and components from Standard Admin. Reports are exported from Report Tool.

A complete standard export from Standard Admin should at least include 4 files (on rare occasions 3 files) and these are listed below. Once exported, they can be sent to partners who need to add it to their system or simply update their current version. They will then use the import function to add it to their database.

Export example

Below is an animation showing how to export common level settings as an example. The same procedure has to be done for each settings level and each component level, as shown in the images above.

The above procedure is also described in the text, step by step. 

  1. Right-click on the common settings node to access the context menu.
  2. Select the export option.
  3. Select where to store the export.
  4. Click on export to start.
  5. The export is complete once you see the confirmation dialog.
