The imported file is a text file with a semi-colon ';' separated values.
The following values are picked from the file:

The table Imp_Model_Planning is updated with the allowed imported values.
The table imp_project_settings row 'EXP_ELIPLAN_LATEST_UPDATE' is updated with the timestamp.
