Set up Automatic notification for IMPACT 17

In the Service Configuration Tool there are some fields to the Automatic Notifications. 
The data to enter is the same as for the user setup in IMPACT User Admin (see below).

Start by click the box for enable.



Don't forget to deploy after making the changes.

Furthermore, it's also necessary to set up IMPACT Sync with the Trigger Parameter 50 - How to set up IMPACT Sync can be found here - This is the "Automatic part" and will send out the emails according to the IMPACT Sync.
