Added new shape codes (MB, JJ, 81, 48) for bended mesh

With the introduction of the feature "Bend Bars" in AutoCAD has there been added 4 new shape codes.
The shape codes will automatically be added to the reinforcement folder when installing "Reinforcement for AutoCAD or BricsCAD".
But it's necessary to add the report pictures to the Company folder under Template Reports -> Pictures.
The Pictures that should be placed in the folder can be downloaded .
